Well the sign, and apparently this blog worked. Mostly. There are still some drips and runs on our new door, and on the wall coming from the railing. But over a two week period, thanks to Mike Melle and Rhonda Reyna, almost everything has been fixed.
Still some outstanding items, as we reached the one year anniversary of moving in (11-1), but no major complaints left. So it looks like I won't have to spend the weekends picketting the sales office. Thank Goodness, and those who finally did what should have been done 11 months ago.
Hopefully my next edit will be noting that everything is done.
